Description
The Newlong DS-9C is a premium quality heavy duty industrial bag sewer. It’s the fastest single-needle bag closing machine available. With a top speed of 2,700 rpm, the DS-9C is ideally suited for high-speed bagging lines with conveyor speeds in excess of 25 m/min.
It’s suited to both plain and crepe tape bound closings and will work with nearly all bag materials, including paper, PP woven cloth, jute and more. Featuring an air-driven guillotine style cutter that automatically cuts the thread or crepe tape without noise, this model helps to reduce material costs and deliver a consistent finish.
